Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for
any reason on orders placed through OdysseyElixir.com.

Can I get a refund if I didn’t receive my package?

Odyssey is not responsible for packages after they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier. This includes shipments left in apartment mailrooms, stolen packages, or deliveries not received. We provide tracking and delivery updates throughout the shipping process.

What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?

Please reach out to us at admin@odysseyelixir.com with your order number and a photo of
the issue. While we don’t offer returns, we’ll do our best to make it right.

I’m expecting a refund, where is it?

If a refund was approved, but you haven’t received it yet:
1.     Check your bank account again
2.     Contact your credit card company (it may take a few business days to post)
3.     Reach out to your bank (processing times can vary)
If you've done all of the above and still don’t see your refund, please contact us at admin@odysseyelixir.com.

Can I get a refund on sale items?

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
